Shipping and Delivery
We want every Rodusuite order to arrive smoothly. This guide covers processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking, and international charges.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours, or 1 to 2 business days. After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Options at Checkout
Choose the shipping option that best fits your order and delivery needs at checkout:
- Free Shipping ($0.00): This is our standard tracked delivery with no additional shipping fee.
- Protected Shipping ($4.99): Add extra coverage for your order. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will replace it.
- Priority Handling ($9.99): Move your order to the front of our processing queue so it can be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
Where We Ship and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to four countries. The delivery estimates below begin after your order has been processed:
- United States: 7 to 12 days
- Canada: 10 to 13 days
- United Kingdom: 11 to 13 days
- Australia: 12 to 15 days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Postal delays, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and peak holiday periods may add extra time.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges. These costs are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
