Ordering and payments
Confirmations, payment plans, and changes to an order you already placed.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details right after you check out. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Yes. We partner with Klarna so you can order what you need today and pay for it later.
We process and pack orders quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If you need to make a change or cancel, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before it leaves our facility.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Delivery times depend on your location. Local postal delays or customs processing can occasionally add a few extra days.

Every order includes free tracked shipping. Two paid upgrades are available at checkout:
Protected Shipping ($4.99)covers your package if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Priority Handling ($9.99)moves your order to the front of our processing line so it ships faster.
We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use it to follow your package until it reaches your door.

Returns and refunds
Our 30-day return window, what qualifies, and when to expect your money back.
Yes. We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized and final sale items are not eligible.
Email contact@rodusuite.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will walk you through the next steps.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If the mistake is on our end, we cover the return shipping fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve the refund. Funds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
