Usage Instructions
Unroll the mat on a flat, dry floor with the alignment lines facing up.
Use the central line to center your body, and the angled lines to place your hands and feet during poses.
After your workout, wipe the surface with a damp towel and mild soap to remove sweat.
Let the mat air dry completely.
Roll the mat loosely with the top side facing outward to keep the corners from curling during your next use.
